Your statistics: views, clicks and contacts
Kreators counts five figures from the day your page goes live: views of your links page, clicks on your links, the click rate, views of your directory profile and contacts from clients, with clicks broken down link by link. They are totals with no personal data: you know how many visits and clicks there were, not who made them.

How many clicks does my link in bio get?
Open Analytics in your dashboard. The link clicks figure adds up the clicks on all your buttons, and the table below ranks them from most to least clicked, with their share of clicks. A hidden link stays in the table, marked as hidden.
To judge that figure, compare it with your page views: that is the click rate. If many visitors open your page without clicking, rethink the order and the titles of your buttons.
Can I find out who visits my profile?
No, and that is on purpose. Kreators counts totals: views, clicks, contacts. No name, number or Instagram account is attached to a visit or a click. Instagram does not show who visits a profile either: an app that claims it can is usually after your login details.
When a client writes to you on WhatsApp or by email, they introduce themselves. The contacts figure tells you how many times your contact details were used from your profile.
What do Kreators statistics not measure?
- No time periods: they are totals since the page went live, with no daily or monthly chart. Write your figures down at the start of each month to follow the trend.
- No country, city or device for visitors.
- No traffic source: a QR code scan and a click from Instagram both count as one view.
- Nothing about your Instagram or TikTok accounts: your followers and engagement are the figures you declare in your profile.
How do I use my statistics in a media kit and a pitch?
A client wants to know whether your audience takes action. Clicks on your page are simple proof of that, next to the Instagram or TikTok statistics you screenshot from your apps.
- In your media kit, add a links page line: views and clicks since it went live, with the date you read them.
- In your collaboration message, quote a precise figure, for example “1,240 clicks on my links since my page went live in March”.
- Give the click rate rather than a total alone: the client can compare it more easily.
- Stay accurate: a figure rounded down beats an inflated one the client cannot find. The media kit and rate card guide shows where to put these figures.

Questions? Answered
Are the statistics free?
Yes, like the links page and the profile. If more detailed statistics ever become paid, that will be announced first on the Plans page.
Are QR code scans counted separately?
No. A scan opens your page and counts as a view, just like a visit from your bio.
Can I see my figures by day or by month?
No, they are totals since your page went live. To follow a period, write your figures down on a fixed date, for example the 1st of each month, and work out the difference.
What is the difference between page views and profile views?
The page is kreators.ma/yourname, the one in your bio. The profile is your listing in the directory, with your packages and audience. Each is counted separately.
Can I see statistics for my Instagram or TikTok accounts?
No. Kreators does not connect to your accounts. The followers and engagement on your profile are the figures you declare, so keep them up to date yourself.
Can clients see my statistics?
No. Views, clicks and contacts only show in your dashboard. Clients see your declared audience, not these figures.
